For the fourth consecutive year, IT’S YES contributed to Us By Night at Waagnatie, translating the festival’s visual concept into a series of large-scale custom-built walls.

Based on the creative direction of Rizon Parein, the installations focused on the theme of print and paper. The centerpiece was a 74 by 4 meter wall, designed as a living collage where visitors could add their own prints throughout the event. The structure had to remain visually precise while continuously evolving, turning it into an interactive part of the festival experience.

Additional walls were developed to support large-format artworks, including multiple installations up to 20 by 6 meters. Each structure was engineered as a fully self-supporting system. Stability and alignment were critical, especially for print applications where even minimal deviation would distort the visual result. Something a room full of designers and creative directors would notice the moment they walk in.

Alongside the print installations, IT’S YES also produced a mirrored wall and custom desk for META, finished in mirror dibond and combined with applied graphics. The reflective surface introduced a different layer of interaction, allowing visitors to engage with the installation by writing and leaving marks directly on the structure.

Execution required a high level of precision. In collaboration with Rapid Media, surfaces were prepared for flawless application, with the underlying structures built perfectly straight despite the sloping floor of the venue. The result is a series of clean, large-scale installations where build quality directly defines the final visual outcome.
