For over 10 years, IT’S YES contributed to the production of The Voice van Vlaanderen, a complex television format where scenography, lighting and engineering come together in a highly controlled broadcast environment.
Working in collaboration with DOK1MEDIA, we designed and built the full studio environment, translating the international format into a locally engineered production. While the core concept and visual direction are defined by the format, the studio is developed in detail. From structure and materials to camera logic and technical integration.
The set includes a series of custom-engineered elements, such as the iconic rotating chairs with integrated speaker systems, control interfaces and a large-scale custom “Giant Hand”. All scenic and technical components are developed from render to final execution, ensuring precision across both recordings and live shows.
Lighting plays a central role in the production. A flexible lighting system is designed to support every performance, with dedicated light plans per act, while maintaining consistency for television. Combined with a reflective stage floor, the setup enhances depth, movement and camera readability.
From fabrication and installation to live operation, IT’S YES delivers a studio environment built for complexity, performance and long-term use, supporting both pre-recorded shows and live broadcasts at scale.
