Technical CAD Designer / Project Manager (M/F/X)
Gent / Merelbeke
Full-time
We design, engineer and build sets, stages, studios and installations for television, live shows, events and brands. Not as concepts that stay on paper, but as real productions: built in our workshop, installed on site, under lights, for camera and audience.
That is why we are looking for a Technical CAD Designer with project management skills. Someone who can translate ideas into clear plans, smart constructions and buildable solutions. Someone who understands that a good drawing only works once it can actually be built.
Who we are
We are a creative & production studio specialised in set and light design for television and live events. With a multidisciplinary team, an in-house design studio, and our own atelier, we build custom sets that are engineered to perform and camera-proof by default. Everything happens under one roof, which means we move fast, work with precision, and stay in full control.
This is where hands get to work and things get made. Clients come to us with a vision, we shape it into something real. Throughout the process, every decision is driven by quality: the people we work with, the materials we select, and the way we think and execute.
We don’t settle for 80%. Or even 100%. We give it 200% — every time.
Your Role
As a Technical CAD Designer, you are the link between concept and execution.
You translate ideas from scenographers, lighting designers and creatives into clear and technical plans. You think in materials, constructions and workflows, making sure every design can actually be produced and built.

You translate sketches, concepts and scenography into clear 2D and 3D drawings.
You create technical construction drawings for sets, scenery, installations and temporary structures.
You prepare projects technically for workshop production, CNC, suppliers and installation.
You think along about materials, mechanics, stability and finishing.
You create material lists, technical estimates and budget calculations.
You translate briefings into buildable proposals and technical solutions.
You monitor planning, timing, budgets and quality throughout the project.
You coordinate with designers, technicians, suppliers, clients and the workshop team.
You follow up production, prototypes and installations, adjusting where needed.
You help improve drawing standards, workflows and production processes.
You actively stay informed about new materials, techniques and production methods.
